Thank you for shopping with Zs Sports Snacks. We take pride in delivering high-quality performance candy products. Because our products are ingestible food items, we follow strict food safety standards in compliance with applicable U.S. regulations.

Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Food Product Policy (All Sales Final)

Due to food safety regulations and the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any candy products once they have been shipped or delivered.

Even unopened products cannot be returned or resold.

Our performance candy products are shelf-stable and are designed to be stored at room temperature. Proper storage after delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly resolve issues if:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product was defective
  • The product arrived expired

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at orders@zssportssnacks.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund

Resolutions are issued at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Heat Exposure Disclaimer

Our products are shelf-stable and intended for storage at normal indoor room temperature (approximately 68–77°F).

We are not responsible for:

  • Heat exposure after confirmed delivery
  • Packages left outdoors or in mailboxes
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Carrier delays beyond our control

We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery, especially during warmer months.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once processing or fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

5. Ingredients & Allergen Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and allergen information prior to purchase. If you have allergies or dietary sensitivities, please contact us before ordering.

Zs Sports Snacks LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from failure to review product ingredients or from misuse of the product.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
